New ZealandEverything was perfect. Detailed instructions received for check-in. Friendly and helpful welcome from staff. Exceptional location, one side of the building is adjacent to the lake and the other side to a plazza with restaurants below, and a lovely good size balcony for guests to use. Quiet and safe.
Newly refurbished to a high standard. Super clean. Lots of toiletries provided. Air-con and a comfortable a bed made for a great sleep.
Spacious shared lounge and well-equipped shared kitchen.
Wish we'd booked for longer.

GermanyWonderfully quiet location in a lovely park with private parking (there is no reception, you have to agree on your arrival time beforehand and call when you are in front of the gate - they will open it for you and provide you with a beeper and the keys). Newly renovated, very nice ambiance. Nice bathrooms. Good reading lights by the bed. If you have a room with A/C, it's blissfully quiet and not one of those noisy units. There is no breakfast service, but there is a stylish kitchen with a coffee maker, fridge, oven, microwave, etc; also there is a shared sitting room and ample space outside in the park. Lots of privacy, a bar for breakfast is just around the corner.

She provided lots of recommendations for the lake and how best to access places with transport and even provided complimentary prosecco for us to enjoy in the garden upon arrival. The room was clean, bed was comfy and the AC worked well. It
Location was great, Mandello is a lovely area which didn’t feel overcrowded with fellow tourists yet was still easy enough to navigate to the surrounding villages.
Couldn’t recommend this place more, would definitely come back!

The cleanliness, comfort and location were all five-star! Apartment is located in the city center, so it was super close everywhere, but also quiet since it’s not facing the street. The aparment is really perfect, it is spacy, comfortable bed, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen, nice view, great location near lake and city centre. The neighborhood is quiet although there is train track behind the house which is barely hearable as the apartment is oriented to the lake.
