Worst Hotel I've ever stayed. No business level, probably youth hostel only. The room was located opposite of the counter, wands are like paper, everything extremely loud. Reception could not even help to arrange for a taxi next morning. Breakfast was very poor, sitting area was around the Reception, food in plastic, poor choice. Price not at all ok for that level! Never ever again!!!

We had a great stay here! The host was amazing – she welcomed us in person, gave us lots of great tips about what to do and where to go in Milan, and was super friendly and always quick to answer any questions. The apartment itself was in a perfect location, just a short walk to the metro and very easy to get to the city center. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, with cafes, shops, and a supermarket nearby. Inside, everything was super clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, the Wi-Fi was strong, and everything worked perfectly. For the price, this place was an excellent value. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan!
