Great location and very clean however was way way too small … and whilst we really only slept there it was extremely hard to get organised , get ready and get changed - room was stuffy .. would hate to be there in summer

We were very satisfied with our stay. The owners are very friendly. Apartment is new, clean and in quiet area. Public beach and city center are in walkable distance. Parking is possible in nearby paid parking. Definitely recommend.

Chiara and Sara are very reliable and accomodating hostesses. The appartment, very well-equiped, is close to both the Sottomarina Beach and Chioggia, a very charming little town and without tourists which is worth a look. The proposed mixed breakfast, made of croissants, rusks, jam and biscuits is really good, and can allow you to have a light lunch at noon, which is appreciated.

Very friendly owner (Roberto - thank you!). Great location, nice and quiet area, few shops (one in the same building) and restaurants nearby. Close to the beach. Nice, clean and spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchenette (except of dishwasher, to be precise). Parking place was included in price.

Had wonderful time using this apartment. Comfortable, well equipped, clean rooms. I had everything I needed. Good cafe with big variety of tasty food. Perfect location with easy and close access to beach, city center. A lot of restaurants nearby. Also loved the staff, hosts. They were super friendly and helpful. Helped us with our car problem ( for free). Another advantage was that we could stay with our dog.

The hotel is modest at first sight but we grew fondly of him in a short time. Nice clean rooms, good comfortable beds, tasty breakfast, friendly and very helpful staff. We received discount for the beach entry. Room cleaning upon request. The location is close to beach and city centre yet still in a quiet street. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended. Also possible to take a boat ride straight to Venice from a nearby port.

The flat is extremly clean and much better in reality than in the photos. The flat had just been renovated and the furniture was new. We felt very comfortable there. Ely is a very friendly and helpful host. Easy check in and check out. The beach is a ten minute walk away. The location of the flat is great, in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a large wardrobe in the bedroom, ample storage space.

the room was small but modern and clean. the place is very close to the beach and the city centre. the owner sign. Giovanni was very lovely and kind and gave me a lot of suggestions! they even gave me a small gift as they support a local charity! very nice people and great location I will definitely go back next time I am in Sottomarina.
