This is an ok place, and not a hotel and so there is no regular staff. The rooms are nice and clean but very noisy both from the noise from within the caffe downstairs and outside the building. There is hardly any privacy, as it is a small space. breakfast space is crowded, and beds and bedding are so small you tend to fall off the bed at night; note this is a german part of Italy and so beds are really really small. And what makes one stay away from is is the horrible staff at the caffee. They are utterly rude and talk bad about the clients as if they we dont quite understand the language. They think they are doing you a favor when you order something. I think they treat dogs better! And they literally throw whatever you order at you with the most degrading attitude. They think we are here for charity! I think they are bad business for the hotel. They need to be trained. There is one particular short girl with dark hair who the worst and was utterly rude, and she also sometimes sets up the breakfast in the morning. Clearly she has no interest in working for the hotel and she hates her work. And Claudia at breakfast is charming though and she was the reason I even wanted to have breakfast there. And Natalia at the reception, who walks part time. is also super nice, and she the other saucing grace. My suggestion is they management tries have coffee shop workers less involved in the hotel affairs or not even having them check in guests. They are hurting the business. One thing that was unclear was who to ask questions when you check in.

Both the bathroom and apartment were very clean and comfortable. Loved looking through the cookbooks. I was impressed with the Smeg cooktop which I would have loved to have used if we were staying longer. The place feels like a proper home thanks to the choice of decor, the utilities in the kitchen and the books on shelves.

For a family of four that has been traveling for a long time the apartment was spacious, well kitted out, comfortable and very homely. The location cannot be better.

Everything was first class and good quality fabrics and furnishings. Absolute perfection , wonderful views in every direction . Great facilities and we had hot tub which was bliss , as was picturesque roof top garden. Excellent breakfast and attentive service. Easy walk into town to sightsee and sample local food and wine .
