Location is excellent, only a couple of minutes from the port, shops, restaurants, beaches and the path to the crater is close as well. The owner, Manfredi is a perfect host! Set on a hill, surrounded by pine trees, Villa Crimi is a peaceful and quiet place, just a short walk away from Vulcano Porto, with a beautiful private terrace, a charming room with renovated bathroom facilities; breakfast is served on the terrace. A great family-run place; the owner was very kind and attentive and picked me up at the port on arrival and brought me back to the port at the end of my stay. We gazed at the stars every night and enjoyed our surroundings. Giuseppe was a great host who picked us up and was available for questions. The neighbor is a sweet lady with whom we hope to spend more time with next time. The studio is spacious enough with an outside minimalist kichen with no stove or microwave but we managed without them. Very quiet at garden level. Friendly cute cats come to your door to make friends. Good bed, good shower and very clean. No Wifi but the absolutely charming owner, Giuliana, lent us her’s.
