Mohammad, the host was very welcoming, warm and accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay at his guesthouse but also had a great trip in Jordan in general. When we left Jordan it came out that we forgot a couple of our things in the hostel, the guys helped to organize the delivery with post. Staff are excellent, very helpful and responsive. Despite the hotel being a little bit tired, it is clean and tidy and staff more than make up for it. The rooms at the back of the property are much quieter due to front rooms facing a busy road.
