Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach, 10/15 minute walk from odawara station. We came during a festival so the streets outside were a little noisy but very lively. Lots of food stalls and great atmosphere. Due to the cheap price, I didn't expect the property to be so well equipped. There is free tea and coffee in the kitchen, and even a theatre room. You can cook and there's a fridge. The property itself feels newly renovated. There is air conditioning in the room, hairdryer provided, shower fully equipped with shampoo etc. Great property.

Superb location 7 minutes level walk from Odawara station, friendly staff, and vibrant town. We had booked in Odawara originally as a base for the Hakone loop, but found it to be a lively, interesting place in its own right with many events on a public holiday.

We enjoyed our stay in this unique guesthouse, the rooms are quite spacious, my boyfriend is 6ft and found it manageable to get in and out comfortably! When we stayed all the guests were respectful with noise etc and it was quiet all the time. The bathrooms and showers are incredibly clean which was my main concern, there are also some shops and restaurants near by which is handy but bare in mind they close very early (not many open past 8pm)
