The hostess and staff were super welcoming and were happy to strike up a chat at the bar. We talked about local recommendations and anime. They tried their best to speak English so we could understand, but this would be a great place to come practice your Japanese! The inn was adorable with decorations everywhere. We stayed in the One Piece themed room which was big enough to sleep 2 people or a couple. It is about a 13 minute walk to the station but very easy access to Kyoto and Lake Biwa was right across the street! The inn also had a full size pool table that was The Walking Dead themed and bar that we used to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Our room was cleaned and made up everyday and they drove us to the train station after checkout.

Everything about this place just felt right. The host are so helpful and nice. We were a family of 4 the beds where super comfortable and the room it self was so spacious and nice. The location is a 10+ close to everything. Loved our stay at Kyoto and I am so thankful to have found this place.

Room is fully furnished and bed is so soft. Blanket is warm enough. The hotel has not liked Japanese traditional business hotel, No various amenities but full of necessities. staffs are very helpful and they can speak Japanese fluently.
