United KingdomWe only stayed one night, but would happily have stayed a few more. The staff was super nice and friendly, the location was great. We had a car and could park it directly in front of the hostel!
We met some really nice people who were also staying there, and funnily two friends we made in Fukui and met again in Nagano also stayed here the day before haha.

The beds were much bigger than any hostel I’ve been in before (tall enough to stand up in!) and each had its own safe box and storage space. We loved how quiet the area was. The neighbours were very friendly - we ended up watching fireworks with both the host and the neighbours.
