The facilities were neat and tidy and the owners were friendly and helpful. The room was very conveniently located within the Hanok Village.

Incredibly friendly caretaker. He carried our suitcases in for us, made sure we knew how to use the locks, TV and air-conditioning, and when we left he saw us out and gave us a free gift. It was raining and he offered us an umbrella, and I accidentally forgot something small and he ran out to find us. The traditional beds were a little uncomfortable, but we were tired and it wasn't so bad for us being younger; I imagine you could put the heavy blanket down first to have more padding, and we only were there 2 nights. Bathroom is modern and very clean, the room was clean and the air-conditioning works very well. Location was amazing - just a quick walk down to the village. There wasn't heaps of room for the suitcases, but when the beds aren't in use, it was fine - we could push them to the side easily enough at night.

Samlockhon Hanokstay had an amazing location right in the middle of the hanok village in Jeonju so it was walking distance to everything. We had taken public transit to the hanok village from the Jeonju train station and the owner of the stay kindly offered to book a taxi for us back to the train station which was immensely helpful. We stayed in the room that had space for 4 people as it was the only one available during our stay and it was incredibly beautiful on the interior with hanging lamps/chimes that sounded amazing with the AC wind hitting them. The room was spacious, clean, had a kitchen with a sink and beautiful hand-made plates and cups, a cold water dispenser (which was awesome!), a dining table. Breakfast was a nice simple meal with some fruit, a black sesame dessert soup/drink, tomatoes, and Korean rice cake with bean powder, and a cup of coffee. The stay is right next to a cafe with several more cafes and restaurants down the street so there's plenty of options around.

Great location. Unit is warm and clean. There are tea and coffee facilities with microwave in a common clean tiny room shared by others as well. Host is friendly. Will certainly stay here again when in Jeonju. Highly recommended.

Beautifully maintained hanok with friendly and welcoming English-speaking host Mr Lee (and his wife). Great location to explore the hanok village that offers much to do, steep in history and with excellent eats as well. Personally I enjoy sleeping on the futons, and the personal touch of mini breakfast was much appreciated. The room is on the cosy side. Mr Lee also helped calling a taxi for us to go to the bus terminal on the last day of our stay. For recharging, Jeonju is the right place to be.

Very nice stay in Hanok Dream. The owner was super nice and friendly, he took some time to tell me about the best spots in the Hanok Village and was very helpful, he gave me water on this very hot day and kept my luggage for the full day. I was the only guest on that night and the place was super quiet, with all the basic equipment you need. Would recommend !

I dont often write reviews; But after this stay I felt obliged. The stay was very very good. Right in the centre of the cultural center of Jeonju (but also near a shopping district). The room was spotless, plus they gave me a free room upgrade. Very special to sleep on the futon in a original Hanbok house. Breakfast is brought to your room at the time you like between 8.30 and 10. It's basic but above korean standards. Upon my departure I got a very friendly goodbye plus a brown bag with a variety of snacks and a Yakult. 10/10
