This is the worst and I need to be compensated and you need to remove this place from booking.com. I confirmed my booking the day of my trip. Arriving in st lucia no one is at the house. No one is answering the phone

Britney was outstandingly helpful and responsive. The view of the Piton was amazing. We also appreciated Shane's taxi service and car hire, organised via Britney. Thanks also to Valery for providing the spices. The extra beach towels - and huge umbrella - were a welcome bonus.

Jungle was extremely hospitable and even picked a bunch of passionfruit for me (so awesome!). The room is walking distance to the hot springs and the building is on a quiet side street. The unit is on the first floor of a house and it feels well away from the action.
