The location in a quiet street off the main Medina road was perfect. The hotel was very clean Staff and owner friendly and helpful Breakfast was delicious

Very well located, only a short walk inside the Medina. I received a warm welcome and a comfortable, small room. There is a separate private bathroom. The Riad is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Strong Wifi worked perfectly. I was helped with very clear directions to the property and also with arranging a taxi to the airport. The light breakfast suited me perfectly.

I recently stayed at The White Palace with my brother, and once again, it was a wonderful experience—this was actually our third time staying at this hotel! The place is always spotless, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel right at home. A special thank you to Moncef at the front office—he was incredibly kind, helpful, welcoming, and also very funny, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate his warm hospitality. The place as described. The location is 10 min walk from the city centre, surrounded by shops and all other amenities. Yet it was quiet and pleasant with soft and nice sea breeze at least at the time of our stay mid-June.
