I recently stayed at The White Palace with my brother, and once again, it was a wonderful experience—this was actually our third time staying at this hotel! The place is always spotless, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel right at home. A special thank you to Moncef at the front office—he was incredibly kind, helpful, welcoming, and also very funny, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate his warm hospitality. The riad is beautiful and people are very nice and kind

The location was good and the building itself was amazing. A bit worn around the edges as you would expect from a 700 year old building but full of character. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Very well located, only a short walk inside the Medina. I received a warm welcome and a comfortable, small room. There is a separate private bathroom. The Riad is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Strong Wifi worked perfectly. I was helped with very clear directions to the property and also with arranging a taxi to the airport. The light breakfast suited me perfectly.
