I thought the staff were very hospitable and I like it that it is one of the rare few hotels in Malaysia that offer hard pillows as their standard pillows which provide much better comfort and buoyant support for the head versus the cheap and flat microfiber ones used in most hotels. The location of this house only took less than 5 minutes to go to Alor Setar City Centre. We enjoyed our stay at Rumah Satu- the place is clean, the facilities provided are great and they all work as they should. Parking spots around the house is adequate and can fit 2-3 cars. The surrounding area is a neighbourhood so it's relatively quiet and safe. Had a great night's sleep and able to gather with the family in the common area + dining area happily.
