It was a hidden gem. Last minute booked it during school holiday. The vibe was very chill and the owner was very accommodating, we even were offered durians at night and ate together in common area. If available do book the unit with ac as it can be quite hot and humid especially daytime. However the guesthouse was very clean and well-equipped. Love the friendly and homely concept. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay! Everything was wonderful except for the soundproofing, which was a bit weak since it’s close to the main road. But overall, it was excellent — especially the cleanliness, which really impressed me. The location was also super convenient.

Booked a room for three people. The room was spacious and equipped with chairs to sit. It was windy as well. The toilets and kitchen were clean, thanks to the staff who maintains the cleanliness daily. Soap, shampoo and towel were provided. Hassle free. Also, washing machine was permitted to use. Staff were friendly :D. P.S. The cottage was just behind Sin Nam Huat restaurant. Real close to good chicken rice 🫶

It was an excellent getaway. Takes you away from the hassle and buzzel of the city. Hickory made it even better with their excellent staff, food, and cleanliness of the place. We had a BBQ dinner, and everything was arranged to perfection.
