We chose this property for its proximity to the Queen Charlotte track: it literally at the entrance. The flat is comfortable and has everything one needs to self cater. We enjoyed our BBQ on the small deck, overlooking the water. Our hosts were friendly and knowledgeable about the region snd we had appreciated their warning us in advance about buying food. Our bed was large and comfortable, the shower was hot and the room heaters very efficient.

The room was lovely and had lots of homely touches which were above and beyond what most places provide. Just a few examples: a teapot, heated underblanket and umbrellas. Lisa & Andy were really friendly. They had lots of tips about the local area, and even offered me a lift into town which was really appreciated.

Modern, exceptionally clean, welcoming and generally well appointed - double room included two easy chairs and a small coffee table. Attractive decor and furnishings in a kiwiana and asian style. Clear directions and instructions. It was winter the heating had been left on for me. Kind, thoughtful, attentive owners, who left you alone to get on with your stay.

Rochelle, the hostess, was easy to communicate with and very accommodating of our needs. We were only meant to stay one night before we sailed across to Wellington, however, the severe weather cancelled all sailings for four days. We were able to rebook the home for the extra nights we needed. The home is beautifully presented with comfortable furnishings and large enough for a family. The kitchen, dining, and lounge are spacious and well equipped for entertaining in the home. The beds were warm and luxurious. There are two toilets and two showers in the home which we welcomed very much.
