    The spa was nice and area of the room, towels were good size and it was nice and quiet while we were there, thermal pools not to far and some nice places to dine were not too far as well.

    Great location, quiet and peaceful :) Yes, the units are older but was clean, tidy, comfy and equipped with the basics needed. Thermal spa was a treat! Nice that Parakai Springs is across the road (you get 50% if you say your staying here) and the local shops are a short walk away! Lady on check in was nice and helpful.
