    As we arrived late the host left the keys in the post locker and security let us retrive them easily. The process was super simple. The room was clean and a good layout. The host had left all the passwords on a sheet of paper and plenty of bottled water in the fridge (this was a nice touch especially as we arrived so late). She had already signed us up for the pool so it was pretty simple to take the kids when we wanted to next day. I can't really fault here.
