Helen was very enthusiastic, contacting us a few days before our arrival with all the check-in details, including the access code and instructions on how to use various facilities. She also patiently answered all my questions. The room are very clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Very close to the airport, it was convenient to take an Uber there the next day, arriving in about 5-6 minutes. Overall, we’ll definitely come back next time without hesitation.

Oh my gosh, this is a magical hidden gem in Lisbon. Absolutely loved the experience and that is exactly what this is, not a hotel stay but an experience. The hotel itself is GORGEOUS! Like staying in a palace. The attention to detail and the decor gave this place a feeling of being thrust back into the glory days of old. It is regal and luxe, but also a softness and homey atmosphere too. Bedroom was super comfortable and for me that likes complete darkness and quiet for sleep, I slept incredibly sound. The staff were all AMAZINGLY welcoming, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and respect and friendliness they give to their guests. Afraid I cant recall her name, but a huge shout out to the front of house manager from Brazil (Imara??) who seemed to do everything and be everywhere during our stay, with always a friendly hello and also educated us on similarities and differences between the local language and Brazilian portuguese. Now the EXPERIENCES & AMENITIES ON OFFER: We made use of the spa and sauna - Super romantic and the spa was so relaxing. We also enjoyed the free afternoon nibbles of olives, crackers and honey, and free red wine self poured from the barrel, which we enjoyed in the adjacent sitting room listening to some relaxing music to match the mood. We loved exploring the premises, including visiting the cute chapel, garden, taking photos of the staircase and artwork, and relaxing with an afternoon tea (their spice tea is soooo good for the soul) eating Pastel de Nata's and amazing meringues over a game of chess on their antique set. Finish with free Ginja tasting. ALL OF THIS WAS FREE!! The FADO dinner was INCREDIBLE. The setting was wonderful, the food was authentic, service was top notch, and the music and singing was such an emotional journey. And finally the breakfast before we left was so opulent and abundant. I've never experienced so much at a hotel, and Im so glad I chose to stay. THANKYOU!!!

Great stay, I would highly recommend the place. It was super clean and functional. Great location, great hosts, who were available to address any questions. Despite the central location, the place is quiet and calm. Would definitely come back.

An excellent and comfortable accommodation in a very convenient location. Emilia, the host, is a treasure - charming, helpful, welcoming, very professional and fluent in several languages. Guest House Amoreiras is well located close to a large shopping centre with a big supermarket and numerous bus routes to the city centre (15 minutes by bus number 711) and further afield. Comfortable beds and good bathrooms, what more could you ask for? It is a superb base for your stay in Lisbon, highly recommended!

Location was off the beat and path without being far away and it was very quiet. We stayed on the top floor which had a few flights of stairs to climb however the terrance and view made it worth it. Alexandria and Ana were great hosts. They helped make our stay even better by offering that personal boutique hotel service.

The guest house has a great location close to the old city center. Even though it is one of the cheaper places it’s quite expensive. On the other hand, you get a well-equipped kitchen with free treats from the host. The bathrooms are shared but they were clean.
