This place was dope. They didn’t miss a beat. The bathroom even had Q-tips, cotton pads, and Micellar water to remove makeup etc. the bed was huge and had a fluffy down comforter. Did I mention the view….um, it was an incredible. Everything was clean and fabulous. I had a room with a patio and there was a picnic table with umbrella; you could sit and look out at the spectacular view and hear the sheep chattering below. The price was a great value for the stunning masterpiece it was.

Everything was super clean, new, and well maintained. Amenities were a super nice touch, and Anja is extremely nice as a host. Isonzo valley really deserves multiple visits to go though it all, and we will use this as a base also for future visits!

The owner was super friendly and helpful, there was a problem with the main structure so they let me stay in a flat for the same price. The location is nice and very quiet, very good price/quality ratio, absolutely recommended.

We stayed in Penzion Sterk for one night as we hiked the Juliana Trail. The room was great for our needs. The hotel's restaurant was lovely and there's a wonderful view of the river from the hotel. Breakfast was good and typical of other places we stayed in Slovenia.
