Lovely surroundings, beds were comfortable. Shower was hot. Breakfast was limited but tasty. Host was very helpful and informative with information about the area. Close to everything.

Very good location, very clean and cleaned everyday. The breakfast was really good. On the last day we had to leave before breakfast time and the lady was really nice and prepared us the breakfast and allowed us to eat

The house is beautiful in a nice garden with an interesting history. It has been recently renovated so all of the beds, bedding, towels is new and of high quality - very comfy bed. The location is good to walk into town and also near some interesting temples. The owner is very nice, knowledgeable about the history of the house and was helpful to organise bike rental. The breakfast was also delicious, varied and large portion.

location , modern and design of the room. Washing machine (is useable) and all the plates were available and cooking stuff were available. The owner was very nice to provide instructions to enter the room via email in advance too. The location not bad, opposite the main road, Mookata open til 2am and next to the place - the coffeeshop opens at 930am. lastly there is a Laundry shop 100m walk away. Good location. netflix account was available, free. Thanks.

Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Room service was fantastic and got everything you needed. The size of the room was good and there is enough storage space, a fridge, kettle. Tea and instant coffee are available free of charge. We also received very good fruit. The bus station is not far away and can be reached on foot. The associated moto rental is uncomplicated (pass deposit or deposit of 3000 THB). We were able to rent the best maintained moped since we have been on the road in Asia. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Tours are also offered.
