It’s very well-located, 7/11 right at the end of the street, a gym literally directly behind, many restaurant options within walking distance, night market 5 minute walk, fairly quiet at night. Great view of the mountains from out the window. It’s a lovely balance of being out of the way enough but also within walking distance of everything you’d need.

It was so good. We really enjoyed our stay. The houses are located in the yard, quiet and cozy, everything met expectations. The hosts are responsive and kind, helped solve the problem with the sink very quickly. Birds sing very beautifully in the morning. The beach is nearby, 7 minutes on foot. Nearby is a tourist street with a bunch of cafes and bars, shops, bike rental. We really enjoyed living in this area, I recommend it. Everything matches the photo and description!

For the amount we paid for this guest house, I cannot compliment it enough. The space in the room, the balcony, the smart tv (not a lot of places we stayed had a usable tv as they were all Thai, understandable, but it was nice to be able to put some music on). The location was fabulous and the staff were lovely. Yes it’s dated but for less than £15 per night for 2 people I really don’t have any complaints at all!

The hosts are so nice and friendly really make you feel at home! The room is newly renovated and stunning, with a small communal pool really giving a nice touch. We loved this place and was great value for money! Would need a motorbike to get around koh samui from the accommodation, with hosts kindly giving us a hand to get one:)

I dont know why but I liked it, it was only realy basic stuff, small, but it depends on your priorities, I didnt came there to be in luxurious room, I only slept there, and chill for small part of days, I came to Koh Samui to train and see the Island, and after long days I enjoied to return to this room, close to beach, supermarket, Restaurant with good food with good quantity and price ratio, scooter rented also from there.
