BelgiumThe breakfast is so less that you question if the bread in Tunisia is expensive. You get more bread in free when you go to eat at restaurant in Tunisia.
We kept complaining about internet like everyone else did. They had a portal internet box but they didn't give us until our 3rd complaint, which was basically a few hours before we checked out.
Their tours are expensive for us but we managed to get a private taxi to visit places by yourself in half the price. But I don't want to give my opinion about tours.
Only the location is their strength.
This was our last stop in Tunisia and therefore we knew the actual prices in Tunisia. So we saved ourselves.
I think Tozeur in general is a tourist trap.

The hosts were away, but left it in good hands with the breakfast lady who gave a very good breakfast each morning, The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and parking is easy. The dinner choices were typically a mile or so away, so a car is preferable - museums are close. The a/c worked in the room, but took rather a long time to cool it off. I have stayed in many guesthouses and hotels, but rarely did I find such a gem. Fatima and Taieb are amazing people that make you feel at home from the day you arrive, or probably already before. They know the region like their backpocket, and can give suggestions of where to go in the whole of Tunisia. Taieb helped me discover places that I would never be able to find alone.
