It has private bathroom in each room. The kitchen is one for several rooms. Just 5 min walk to main city lake with fountain and promenade. Host waited for us to give keys. Quiet at night, as it's away from the road. Clean, spotless room, which has everything - A/C, kettle, comfy bathroom, TV, etc. clean bedding. Attentive host, it was easy to communicate and deal with him. Yes, you can charge your EV here, leave it plugged overnight - we did.
