Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.

VERY friendly staff all around and great history. Loved the 97 year old elevator! Location to square is great. Sorry we didn't get to meet Faith's ghost :)

The cottage was very cute and in a quiet location. It was very private with a restaurant across the street. But I used the kitchen for coffee, breakfast and easy dinners. I found it very relaxing and homey. There was adequate towels, sheets, kitchenware and TV in both living room and bedroom. It was more relaxing than staying in a hotel/motel.
The courtyard would have been lovely with warmer weather.

Room was clean and quiet, with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom had everything needed.
The staff was nice and helpful.
It is in a great location, walking distance of a lot of restaurants.
It was cold in Prescott at night when we were in there, but the room has a nice heating / air conditioning. It is a bit loud but we switched off before sleeping anyway.
We did not have dinner or breakfast there, so cannot give an opinion on the food.
