Very central location, clean room, friendly owner who can arrange a lot of things. He organised our bus trip to Ha Giang, good prices!

The lady was so helpful and welcoming and even let us have free late check out! Also due to there being no lift she arranged for our bags to be taken to our room at check in and someone also bought them down at check out which was extremely helpful. Service was top tier and the room was lovely to would recommend
