A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Berat, Hani i Xheblatit is a guest house surrounded by views of the river. The property features a garden, bar and parking on-site among other facilities. the property is perfect! it is in the old part of Berat, with characteristic buildings all around. The owner helped us with our luggage from the car park to the property. the rooms are traditional Albanian and tastefully decorated with articles of excellent craftsmanship. The terrace and the dining area are very beautiful. The room had a great view of the river and the part of the town on the opposite side of the river. There are a couple of very good restaurants and bakeries in the area near the hotel. The breakfast was tasty and varied like a feast. The service is very personalized as it's a family-run property with very nice owners. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Berat.

Situated in Berat, Hotel Villa Edis offers accommodation with a patio. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. What a beautiful city and the perfect place to stay to explore it. An elderly woman is who greets you upon arrival, she's very nice and gives you coffee/tea and homemade raki. She doesn't speak a word of english, which is why you text with her grandson, who's the official host. He's very communicative and responsive to messages. You do have to walk some stairs to get to the hotel but the view from the place is great, not quite over Berat but stunning nonetheless. The old town is just around the corner once you're at the foot of the hill, and the castle can be accessed via a hidden pathway behind the accommodation.
