I came before the check-in time but I was welcomed to sit in the lobby, use the WiFi and relax. Considering the soaring heat outside that was really nice. The room was beautiful and tidy, it look very modern and clean. The location was very central and the people working at the inn were very kind and helpful.

From the start, I could tell that staying at Valter & Drita’s guesthouse would be something special. Living in Dubai, I’m used to high standards, but this place reminded me that true luxury isn’t just about comfort, but about authenticity, warmth, and genuine hospitality. It honestly exceeded my expectations. The guesthouse has a rustic, warm charm with wooden furniture and traditional decor. The views are breathtaking, and the fireplace—my favorite spot—added extra coziness. John’s hospitality stood out; he went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect, always with a kind smile. Tasha was also friendly and helpful. The food prepared by Mrs. Drita, John’s mother, was amazing, fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. Every meal felt like it came from a warm family kitchen, made with care and love. What really sets this place apart is the peace it offers, making it perfect to disconnect and recharge mentally and physically. I’m already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for such a memorable and soul-refreshing stay.💕

Everything was great. We enjoyed it very much even though we only stayed for 1 day. We loved the beautiful garden and comfortable rooms. We are leaving Shkodra happily thanks to the extremely caring owners.

This was the best place to arrive after a long day of trekking. Stunning views, clean comfy rooms, lovely hospitality and delicious food. The best!
