This place is a little heaven. We had such a relaxing time, chilling in the hammock under the garden’s apple trees, eating Rosane’s delicious food, having a walk around the nearby lake and sleeping very comfortably in our bedrooms. The owners are also extremely kind and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Norik and his wife live on the first floor. There are separate rooms on the second floor for travelers: - kitchen with everything needed for cooking and making tea - shower with laundry machine - toilet - common space for sitting and chatting - bedrooms I was provided the room which was booked. Everything matches with pictures in booking.com. There is a supermarket next door, local market and main street around the corner, within 5-10 minutes of walking distance from the hostel, Sevan lake – 30 minutes of walking distance from the hostel if you walk through the field to the highway and Sevan lake is in other side of the highway. Norik was a great host and gave me a ride to the Sevan lake. Thank you, Norik. P.S. When I was leaving, there was nobody in the house. I didn’t know where is Norik or his wife. So, I closed the door and left the house. I hope everything is safe and in place in the house.

The apartment has 3 rooms with shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. I stayed in one room for 2 nights and basically had the whole apartment for mysef for one night. The owner was pretty helpful even though they did not speak English fluently.

Conveniently located near to supermarkets, bakery , and 15 minutes walk to sevan lake it offered easy access to all places . The apartment is new , very clean, beautifully modern decorated, with a comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with everything that made our stay very enjoyable. The owner exceptionally friendly and attentive, he took us by his car and showed the area providing excellent recommendations for the places we can visit. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting sevan.It’s a gem that combines comfort, excellent service, and a great location, and I would certainly return."

The best of all has been the great hospitality that the whole family has given us. It was great to chat and even sing together. We also loved being able to enjoy the garden and try the fruits, especially the raspberries. Oh, and the fantastic breakfast they have prepared for us.
