It’s a well maintained and beautiful property with flowers, pool, wildlife and serenity. Inside was comfortable decorated beautifully . The property is hard to get to but well worth it. You will see wildlife everywhere and we saw capybara birds and even a marsh buck in the stream. Located near a National Park they have many walking trails and thanks to the hotel tours we saw caiman, the lake, beautiful birds and howler monkeys. Definitely felt like a safari.

We spent 6 nights here in January 2023. It is exactly our kind of hotel and area. The owners of the hotel, Fabricio and Patricia, and their Augustina, were some of the most hospitable people you could hope to meet. Fabricio worked his whole life in National Parks across Argentina and has good knowledge of the birds and local wildlife, if you have any questions, go to him! They will help arrange anything you need (boat tours, walking tours, transfers) and look after you like you are family. The vibe generally is very relaxed, there is a swimming pool to cool off on hot summer afternoons, and a BBQ area if you want to cook at the property. Breakfast is great, with delicious home made jams and marmalades as well as toast, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, freshly squeezed juice, coffee etc. The reserve is just a gem. Not too many tourists and loads and loads of wildlife.

Gorgeous sunsets, beautiful horses in the street, sand roads, stunning lakes and friendly caring people. Natalia is no exception. She makes the house a home and is so helpful with everything. As two Londoners we weren't used to being this remote, away from easy travel routes and atm's. Natalia was so incredibly kind to us and helped us with everything. It was very hard to leave and we both feel very blessed to have met such a kind and beautiful character. I really hope we can return one day.

Located in the Iberá Wetlands Nature Reserve, Posada Uguay offers accommodation surrounded by nature. The property has a restaurant serving regional dishes. Everything is lovely. The place is charming, the hosts (Pedro & Claudia) are an absolute delight and soooo passionate about their hotel and the Esteros. The food was good, the beds were comfortable. The daily activities were relaxing, educational and the enormity of the Esteros really is something to behold.

On the shore of Iberá Lagoon and close to the area's abundant wildlife, Aguapé Lodge offers an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi and an onsite restaurant serving local food in Colonia Carlos Pellegrini. Lovely relaxed place. right on the edge of the wetlands. Free use of bikes, which was brilliant as National Park and other places were accessible by bike. Boat trips were amazing, so much to see and spent ages around where the capybaras and caimans were.

Onbe of us was quite ill so that really mattered. The hostess and her family were never intrusive but always willing to answer questions in a mixture of their Spanish and our English. The dogs, cat and parrot were all very friendly and enjoyed sitting in the garden with us. Cooking for oneself was possible in the very large guest kitchen whicgh was a great help with costs. The breakfast were the best we'd encountered in a month with home-baked goodies, and the hostess had gone to the trouble of providing much-appreciated gluten free items for me.
