Very clean, comfortable and felt like home! It was like a little apartment, so we could find absolutely everything we needed. The location is quite and lovely, it’s just 10 mins away from the lake. 6-7 mins away from a grocery shop, and 2 mins from a bakery. The stuff is responsible, respectful and friendly! 10/10 experience :)

The room was lovely, large, well lit, with a spacious and well furnished balcony, bed and pillow very comfortable, excellent quality linens. The best was the breakfast, what a feast!

Wifi speed/stability + large desk were perfect for the remote work. although the studio is on the top floor, it was not hot thanks to the window/screen design which lets the wind pass through the room. owner is super nice and extremely helpful. given above, excellent affordability- will recommend to friends and families.

We had lovely stay as usual. Definitely coming back next when in area. Good accessible with car, approximately 30 minutes walk from Immenstadt. Exceptionally clean and very calm and quiet. The check in gentleman was very helpful even though i checked in late . the breakfast was good with a nice selection available. they did a very good boiled egg and a good cup of coffee. there was a small kitchen on the 1st floor where you could make a coffee or purchase a bottle of beer or wine from the fridge. fantastic view over Lake Constance and the mountains off to the left. must be great on a sunny day, unfortunately weather was terrible for me. comfy seating on the balcony outside the room.
