We got an upgrade to the big apartment, which was a pleasant surprise. It was very spacious, stylish and well equipped. The location is pretty perfect, close to the centre but not loud or crowded. We didn't interact a lot with the owners, but everything went really smoothly. They also offer parking spots close by (for additional cost) if you arrive by car, which takes away a potential headache.

The location is perfect. It's on a quiet street and walkable to the centre of old town. The apartment itself is modern and clean with all the amenities provided. I appreciated the coffee machine in the room. Made for a great start to the day. The room is large with plenty of natural light, I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Residence 9 Bruges.

The host was fantastic! This place is one room and a bathroom in the owners’ house, but you have the whole ground floor and it is completely private. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the historical center through a nice park. The house was less than 5 minutes from the train station. The value was excellent. We would definitely stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return to Brugges.

The room was super clean, had the most adoring design details (I love stuff like this) and was soooo cozy. Parking was super easy around the corner and for free. Bonus points! We really enjoyed our stay and the morning coffee in bed.

Guesthouse de la Paix offre un giardino, una terrazza, un ristorante e un bar a Poperinge. I had a room in the hotel's recently upgraded Guesthouse. Breakfasts were in their popup restaurant whilst the main hotel and restaurant is being upgraded. The food was excellent, and the room (No 8) was excellent too. All of the hotel's facilities are either in, or just off, the main square, making access to Talbot House, the Hop Museum, etc, all within very easy walking distance. The Hotel de la Paix is a family run business, and the owner and staff are all friendly and helpful. My group has stayed with them many times in the past, and hopefully will continue to do so in the future.
