The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and welcoming, and I immediately felt at home. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort and convenience so well, but this one definitely did. Helena was a fantastic host—attentive, kind, and always ready to help. She went out of her way to make sure my trip was comfortable, and her hospitality truly made a difference. Fabulous Room, a property with a garden, is set in Edmonton, 18 km from University of Alberta, 22 km from Fort Edmonton Park, as well as 25 km from West Edmonton Mall. The room is in the basement, side entrance. It has a huge living room with a full equipped kitchen and big fridge. There is a large TV in the living room and another TV in the room, both of them with free Netflix. Everything is super clean and it smells good. I had a very good time there and I will definitely come back. Emmanuel was making sure that I don't miss anything, he is such a polite guy.

I really enjoyed the stay as I need to mention that I am a frequent traveler that is away from home for about 250 days a year and this was a little sunshine in between all the hotels and key box apartments I have been the last decade. If i would ever return to Calgary I would give Steve a call and would be really happy to stay again over there and we could chat about everything that is coming to our minds.
