Boasting a garden and views of sea, Kuhane Etno-Hostal is a recently renovated guest house situated in Hanga Roa, 2.2 km from Playa Pea. The hostess and employee were so very kind and helpful. We were welcomed at the airport and hostel in style. We received a lot of useful information about the Island and its people. The breakfast was extensive and tasteful and the best we received compared to other regions in Chile. When we had to leave early the hostess made us a breakfast we could take with us. The location was a 20-30 minute walk from the city centre and situated near a single Moai. It was beautiful and for us ideal. It could have been a bit cleaner for my taste (I’m quite a nag with hygiene), but everything else was so great, that it didn’t detract from our stay. We had such a nice time and will definitely stay here again if we return to the Island.

Located just 19 km from Ahu Tongariki, Hostal Harepakoba offers accommodation in Hanga Roa with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as luggage storage space. The host is very kind and hospitable. The included breakfast is good, during the stay there I felt like I was at the village with my grandmother. The city center is in 30-40 minutes of walking.

Maine took great care of us from the very first moment when we arrived. For some reason we did not know that to sightsee around the park a guide is required, and we arrived without having anyone booked. Maine told us to jump to a car with her and she drove us to the park office, where we’ve got everything figured out. She ended up being our guide and she made sure that we saw everything that is needed to be seen around her beautiful island. We’ve been impressed with Maine’s warmth and ability to create a family- like atmosphere. The property was basic but comfortable. Good hot water for shower. Very close to the airport and felt very safe. Common area was always open and people very welcoming.

Sincerely this hotel has 4 stars level rooms ! The social area is in a middle of a mini jungle very pretty. Convenient kitchen , barbecue. The beautiful swimming pool is large enough to swim and to relax . This is a quiet place and the owners will respect your privacy. I m very picky , and I really love this place. The price (about 100US$) is the good one compare to the price of many terrible hostels of the island.

Hostal Vieroto is in an excellent location that is both beautiful and convenient. I had a sea facing room where I watched the sun slowly set. It was sublime. The location too is close to many restaurants and is a short walk to downtown with stores and restaurants.

The stuff was caring and attentive, in addition to offering complimentary pick up and drop off from the airport regardless the property being in a relatively walking distance from the airport. I was very happy with my room being clean. The private tour with the owner was very handy as we departed whenever it worked for me, and she was very informative and gladly shared about their livelihood on the island! Listening to the rain from my room was one of my favorite parts!
