She prepared a to-go breakfast for us when we went to see the penguins along with preparing a delicious hot breakfast for us on the other days of our trip. The beds were comfy and overall the hostal was very clean. The location is good and close to the center of town. Overall, loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Most of all, we felt like at home and Fabián (the owner) was incredibly nice to us, gave us great recommendations about Punta Arenas and activities around. We are so greatful and recommend you to stay at this wonderful place. We definitely would like to come back!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is in a great location, walkable to restaurants, cafes and the supermarket. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room and especially the bed was extremely comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here when they are in Puerto Natales.
