Located in Las Trancas, 12 km from Nevados de Chillan, Duub Hostel provides accommodation with water sports facilities, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden. By far the best facilities of all the hostels I've stayed at in South America, the photos don't do this place justice! It's a small thing, but when you have a powerful hot shower in a clean bathroom and a great music playing in the showers' speakers, you know you're in a good place. The owner was extremely accommodating and I was even able to work on my laptop next to the pool. This is also the first place I've been where I've been able to run on the trails straight from the hostel. No bus or taxi needed!
