Juan is nice, friendly, always-love-to-help host just like local Colombian. You don't have to worry about anything and pls feel free to ask whatever it is. As for the house, the style is my cup of tea. Clean, simple, comfy so much. Walk 10-15 mins to the metro, cmpared to the noisy Poblado center, I prefer to live here, such as the quiet community, friendly neighbors, eat & shop is convenient as well. Enjoy my stay and would come back if any chance in Medellin.

The house itself is also beautiful, especially the common space with a lot of light and flowers. And the cat is just a big bonus :)
