This family-run guest house is quietly situated in Stadt Wehlen in the heart of the Saxon Switzerland National Park, directly below the world-famous Bastei rock formation. Great place overall. Very nice location along the river below the park. The highlight was the warm and welcoming owner and the lovingly set up breakfast room. Excellent food and lots of nice choices. No detail was missed and it made for a special start to the day.

Very nice pension run by a family. Comfortable, there is pretty much everything one needs for a stay and a lot of room for a family of 4. Location was a concern when we booked it, but actually it's 25 mins to Dresden and equally close to all top hiking locations. In general, compared to other options in the area feels like a great value for the money.

Everything was great! The vicinity of Pension Kleiner König is beautiful and peaceful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Additionally, we enjoyed a great and varied breakfast. The host was friendly, hospitable, and charming. We would definitely recommend this place for a stay.

A lovely hotel in beautifully renovated building. The rooms are spacious, fresh, clean, and well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal; right in the heart of Pirna old town within a few minutes walk to so many restaurants and bars. We would recommend and are very much looking forward to staying here again at the end the Malerweg.

It was really cozy place to stay in the mountains area, quiet area. All needed equipment for cooking was there! Towels and bedsheets were clean. There was a place for a car near the house.

The house was cozy and traditional, all in wood, nonetheless with the comforts and equipment of a modern flat (every utensil we could need was already available). The hosts are very helpful and kind :) We loved our stay, thank you!
