Beautiful view, delicious breakfast and best host ever ! Just be aware that is in the mountain so is imperative having a good car to go up there. But it worth it. The construction of the building is incredible: the rooms are spacious, the floors and walls are covered with what seems to be stone tiles reminiscent of a Roman palace. The wood that finished the construction is robust, sanded, and stained with polyurethane. I don’t know this for a fact, but the owner and designer of the place must be German. Everything in the place resembles a well built German house. Much nicer space than any of the resorts I have stayed in.

Everything was clean, I was given beach towels in addition to normal shower towels and Richard was super helpful. I arrived on a day with heavy thunderstorms and he invited me to have homemade dinner so I wouldn't have to go out in the rain. The location is also great. It's only a very short walk to the boat terminal where tours to Los Haitises and the ferry to Sabana de la Mar depart from.

He could not have been kinder or more helpful. He also took the time to give lots of good advice. We feel like we left with a new friend. The accommodation was very suitable for three. The location is very quiet, the garden is refreshing, and the beach is very close. Really good value
