They also helped us to get a SIM card, had a smooth transfer and they respected our privacy a lot. I read some negative comments about the location. There was nothing wrong with it really. It can be a bit different to somebody from Europe but that is what we expected obviously. Otherwise the whole guest house was really private. The room and the bathroom are all spacious and very clean. Pyramids can be seen from the hostel. The owner is caring and helpful. The hostel is close to the gate to the Sphinx. There are horses and camels around the area which makes it quite busy but it does not impact much.
