Built in 1857, this guest house started life as a Royal Bank of Scotland building. This guest house was lovely. The room is large and has two very comfortable chairs. This is the best bed we have slept in over the course of this 3 week vacation. It is quiet, and I slept like a contented baby! The town of Hawick is very charming, also.

The welcoming Wheatsheaf provides peaceful accommodation and award-winning food. It is located near Berwick-upon-Tweed, Coldstream, Duns and Kelso. The staff were really lovely and made it a super comfortable stay!
