I liked the reception was warm and welcoming. The staff were amazing. I had a great experience and had a little chat with some staff they are all friendly.

Everything at The Captains was first class a warm friendly welcome spacious very comfortable room with walk in shower and a great breakfast with everything from fresh fruit bowl muesli yoghurts fresh juices followed by a grand selection of cooked breakfasts including full English and even scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. I loved the location within easy walking distance to the beaches and if needed a bus stop just outside the door to whisk you off to the delights of the capitol or back to the airport.I had a lovely time here it was exceptionally good value and I can heartily recommend The Captains for anybody looking for some good old fashioned friendly hospitality . Το The Queens Inn βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του χωριού St Martins και προσφέρει δωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και παραδοσιακή παμπ. Η Νότια Ακτή απέχει μόλις 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Breakfast was plentiful and had good variety. All the staff were so helpful and friendly! We enjoyed on site pub at end of the day!

Marton Guest House is situated in an elevated position in a residential area 15 minutes walk from St Peter Port town centre. It features a mature terraced woodland garden for guests to relax in. Wifi was decent, water was hot with good pressure, bed and pillows were comfy, location and breakfast were good.

Boasting an enviable location by the sea and 2 minutes’ drive from Saint Julian’s Pier, locally known as North Beach, St Georges Guest House is a family-run guest house with free Wi-Fi. Excellent spot for me to get some R&R after an extremely choppy sea voyage from Jersey (people were vomiting all over the place). An intriguing old property with steep, narrow staircases and long, winding hallways. Once I stepped inside, I felt like I was being transported by a time machine to the early 19th century; the time of Romantic poetry and Napoleonic wars. My key was waiting for me at the reception desk. The manager was nice enough to arrange for me to get some breakfast on the go very early in the morning since I had to catch my flight. Cheers! PS The difference between the ebb and flood (several metres) is simply mind-blowing!
