Overlooking gardens, this Victorian house is just a mile (1.6 km) from the centre of Edinburgh. The manager David was extremely helpful and hospitable. He made sure the room was warm for our arrival and provided lots of useful advice re transport etc. our room was very comfortable - comfortable beds and a good shower. The room was a good size with nice touches such as an armchair, a towel rack, dressing table and tissues. The guest house is quiet - away from the noise and the bustle of the centre of Edinburgh but only a short bus ride from the city. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety to choose from.

This place was absolutely splendid. The service was above anything else; so personal, inviting and warm. You can tell that they really care about you, and that you have a perfect stay. The rooms are super clean and tidy, and the breakfast is just brilliant. They cook everything themselves, even the bread. The location was very suitable for us, a short walk from Leith and right next to a bus stop as well. I cannot recommend this place enough, it's a perfect place to stay in Edinburgh.

Great location near the airport and Edinburgh. Loved our stay 👍👍
