Overlooking gardens, this Victorian house is just a mile (1.6 km) from the centre of Edinburgh. Very clean and comfortable room and well placed to reach the city center or the airport by bus. The bus stops are 50 meters from the hotel and frequent buses get you to the center in about 10 minutes or to the airport in 20. The self-check in was simple, and the staff/owners were kind and accommodating. One of the mornings of our stay we had an early tour, and they made us breakfast a half an hour before so we could make it on time. The building is well maintained, clean and quiet. The beds were super comfy which made for a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend it, and would return again myself.

Lovely place to stay,I was welcomed by the hosts with a pot of real coffee and biscuits.My room upgraded, was lovely,big comfortable bed,en suite bathroom a delight,best quality towels and lots of big bottles of nice toiletries. It's outside the centre,a good walk but just minutes on the bus that stops outside for both directions. Ready to visit again soon!😃

Roost Hill - Free Parking Zone มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในเอดินบะระ ห่างจากมหาวิทยาลัยเอดินบะระ ไม่เกิน 2.7 กม. Alia was super attentive! She checked in frequently and made sure everything went smoothly. She also gave us loads of recommendations and was always super responsive. I felt very comfortable and the check in/check out couldn't have been any smoother! Our room exceeded our expectations - it was so much bigger and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. To summarise, I have no complaints at all! Would gladly go back.

The property was close to the tram line and very easy to get to. The room was lovely with 2 twin beds, which was very much appreciated! So many options for breakfast and the food was excellent and fresh. I also appreciated the variety of teas and hot chocolate in the room.

Excellent place to stay, lovely room, good breakfast, great location and easy to get into Edinburgh. Hosts were lovely, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend. We wouldn't' hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.. hoping to stay there again in the future.

The location worked perfectly for my travel plans. Delicious breakfast each morning and lovely conversation with the Landlady Elizabeth and fellow guests. Close proximity to a bus stop for an easy access to Edinburgh. Ample parking and WiFi.
