Location was perfect. A few minutes from most things. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. The communal kitchen/lounge area was a very welcome surprise, it meant we could keep drinks and food we'd bought refrigerated and make a meal ourselves if we chose to. The room itself was large with a large comfortable bed, we slept very well and the ensuite was a great size and had everything we needed

A fantastic place to stay, it was peaceful yet still close enough to Stornoway centre. We had everything we needed, the pod was comfortable and cosy, and a nice change from hotels.

Breakfast was very good though no fresh fruit available. The evening meals were varied, delicious, and reasonably priced. There was a dry covered area for our bikes. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
