The landlord is extremely kind, friendly, and lovely. I also run a B&B in France, and in Greece, I experienced the warm hospitality of the landlord. They are the best B&B hosts I've ever encountered, always willing to meet guests' needs and preferences. Every guest has different expectations, but I believe this B&B is excellent. I will definitely recommend it to friends vacationing in Greece when I return to France! The location is very safe; I had no issues going out at night, unlike when I stayed in the city center, where I felt unsafe and worried about theft after a friend was robbed in their hotel. This B&B in the outskirts of Athens provided me with a sense of security. I highly recommend it! I even invited the landlord and his wife to stay at our B&B in France because I'm so grateful for their kindness.The landlord's location is very convenient; you can take a taxi directly to the doorstep. It only cost me 15 euros to come from the airport by taxi. Taxis are a bit more expensive at night, but during the day, it usually only costs around 15-20 euros! The room has everything you need, and the fridge, air conditioning, and kitchen utensils are all in good working order. There's even a water purifier, which I haven't seen in other B&Bs! Even in my own B&B, I haven't provided guests with a water purifier, so this is something worth learning from! There's nothing that made me dissatisfied; I'm very pleased！

We recommend Villa Avatos for everyone that wants to have flawless experience when in Athens. Thank you Vasilis for everything and we will definitely come back soon.

This property is exactly like the pictures. It’s modern, clean and overall very nice. Spacious! Internet worked great. Could easily fit 3 people, 1 on couch and two in bed. TV is actually good size! The kitchen was great even though I didn’t use it much. AC worked perfect. The communication from the owner is spectacular and quick also. They live just down the road so if you need anything g they’re there to help, which luckily I don’t need anything. Overall of o come back to Athens I’m definitely staying here and recommending it to my friends, family and colleagues. The owner ever left a box of cookies for me. The shower runs on solar so it’s always warm just need it to run for just a minute or two and then it’s warm and ready to go! The locks felt secure even though the neighborhood was very family friendly. Saw kids playing at the park just down the road around 9pm. Safe place. I was genuinely happily surprised.
