This guesthouse is truly a gem, Brian makes sure you have an amazing stay! You can tell he really cares about his guests. The room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. The food is incredible too (plenty of vegan and vegetarian options)! I did a 2 night jungle trek with them as well and everything was very well organised, great food and fruit on the trek, comfortable campsites by the river and close to a waterfall. You could tell that the guide really enjoyed being in nature, he had so much knowledge about the animals and plants and made us feel really safe. I got a bee sting and he had magic oil that made the sting disappear in just 30 min! I had a really great stay and trek with Brian and his team and definitely recommend them and would definitely come back one day! :)

JUNGLE LIFE GUEST HOUSE - Trekking & Transport Only Book With Us is set in Bukit Lawang and has a pool with a view and river views. Everything was wonderful. The location overlooking the river from your balcony is amazing. The room is basic but for the prize it is fantastic value. Apart from the fantastic view you get a super comfy bed, a big mosqito net (without holes :-), a bathroom and toilet (cold water), a fan and WIFI in the room - which I was not expecting. But above all Alex and his family are exellent hosts and you feel very velcome. Alex arranged transport for me to and from Bukit Lawang. I would really recommend this transport (shared tourist taxi) and of course the main thing: Alex arranged a two day trek for me. It vas amazing with lots of wild life including orangutans.

With mountain views, Sumatra Orangutan Discovery Villa is situated in Bukit Lawang and has a restaurant, full-day security, bar, garden, sun terrace and picnic area. Best place ever to chill and feel part of the jungle. I did not want to leave. The food is incredible and all the team are so friendly. Recommend to book your jungle trek also, we did 2 days which was perfect. Amazing experience and amazing spot. Thank you :)

Located in Bukit Lawang, Gino's Place - Guest House & Jungle Trekking features a garden, terrace, restaurant, and free WiFi throughout the property. Excellent family that made feel as a member of their warm and kind community ❤️ They treated me so kind, they were helpful and took care of me what was really nice. Thank you 😊 Their jungle trekking also was high-quality in service, attention and entertainment. I stayed several weeks instead of a few days, def would like to come back.

Providing garden views, SeaGate Bungalows in Sabang provides accommodation, a private beach area, an open-air bath and a garden. Many colourful reef fish species, trumpetfishes, box fishes, turtle, stingray and lionfish..., etc. are surprising me in this secrete snorkelling spot just outside Seagate. The room is very clean and comfortable, making me feel like at home. Free WiFi is also pretty good inside room, at balcony and restaurant that I did not expect in such natural environment before. Borja & Yuyun can assist all you want in the island such as transportation arrangement, watching dolphin/ snorkelling, renting car, and activity information......, etc..

Great homestay in Bukit Lawang, very clean, very cosy huge bed and AC! The owner arranged a Jungle tour for us and our guide Jonny did an awesome job! We saw a lot of orang Utans and a lot of other animals, he knew a lot about the animals and the jungle which was great! The food was also really good! Can’t recommend this place enough
