This family-run property is 400 metres off Route 1 and 15 km from Selfoss. It offers free Wi-Fi and a terrace. Homemade bread, jam and pastries are served for breakfast. I liked the fact there was a small room at the entrance to leave your shoes, felt very homey! Room and bed was excellent. Altogether feel very homey!

The communication from booking and right through our stay was brilliant from Dmitrii and Ögmundur. The cabin itself is gorgeous and the location is perfect. It’s located next to a restaurant but yet still isolated enough to enjoy your own company. The hot tub while surround by snow is surreal. I cannot fault this property one bit. We will be back and have been sharing the property details with our friends and families since we returned home.

These modern, self-catering apartments are located in the village of Hveragerdi, 45 km from Reykjavík. Each offers free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen and access to a shared, furnished garden terrace.... The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed during our stay, and the check-in process was simple and smooth. A very comfortable place we can recommend.
