This family-run property is 400 metres off Route 1 and 15 km from Selfoss. It offers free Wi-Fi and a terrace. Homemade bread, jam and pastries are served for breakfast. Our hosts were delightful. Very helpful. The lounge with microwave and plates etc a real bonus.

Exceptional hospitality by the host was great. The room was clean and tidy with a wash sink in the room, and toilet and shower shared with only one other room. The breakfast was just another level. It shows that the host really cares for the guests with a balanced meal. Overall, one of the best place stayed in Iceland.

These modern, self-catering apartments are located in the village of Hveragerdi, 45 km from Reykjavík. Each offers free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen and access to a shared, furnished garden terrace.... Nice quiet place in Hveragerdi, an apartment with all you need. The hosts live there so they were nice to us when we arrived a bit later in the evening. They even asks us if we wanted to use the hot tub outside or have anything to wash. The rooms look exactly as in the picture, the heating was ok, the kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to eat in, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had a lot of towels for the two of us. 10/10.
