The staff was amazing, willing to help always, they upgraded our room as soon as they saw we are a couple without charging us the difference. The room was clean, it had a massager and a bathtub with incredible view. The location is perfect. Just a great place!!

The size of the room and the location of it was perfect. Near subway stations, a small walking distance to the port and also to lots of restaurants and Via Toledo if you need some shopping.

The metro was close by as well. We also got a lot of tips from Federica and Sergio of places to eat and things to do and see.

Place had what we needed for our little family (including 3 kids) and breakfast was great. Would definitely come back and stay here during our next visit.
